From the aquatic side to the member side this place is completely disorganized and atrocious. The member side continuously scammed me out of money even though I called several times and told them I no longer wanted the membership. Went online and terminated my membership called right after was told that the manager needs to reach out to me to further solidify my termination. Never got a call from the manager. Week or so later I was charged again. Called AGAIN stating I terminated my plan “oh the manager still needs to call you but I’ll leave another message for them”. Weeks later got charged again! Just for me to call again and ask what is going on. Even the front desk clerk was confused on why the manager hadn’t called me yet and she’s left several messages. I asked several times what needs to be done so the YMCA can stop charging me I was told AGAIN that the manager has to call me. 4 months later of me calling and finally getting pissed off because I was charged AGAIN a manager decided to call me and tell me he can not refund me my money back because I didn’t sign a paper cancelling my membership (laughable moment). So I sternly asked the “manager Joe” that finally called me 4 mo

Hello, good afternoon. My name is Maria On April 30, 2026, I attended the Drowning Prevention Coalition training session . I received two vouchers: one for my son, (age 7), and another for my daughter, (age 13). On April 4, I went to the YMCA of the Palm Beaches at 2728 Lake Worth Road (33461)—managed by Mr. Ryan Cohron—where I handed in the vouchers and filled out some paperwork. Later, I received a contract via email for the registration, which I signed. They said they would call me back but never did, so I called them a few days later. They kept saying they would call, but nothing happened. Finally, on May 19, I called again and spoke to a young man; I explained my situation—how long it had been since registration without a callback—and told him that if they couldn't provide the classes for my children, I would come pick up the vouchers and look for somewhere else to enroll them. He asked me to hold for a moment while he spoke to a woman who was there; she authorized him to schedule classes for my children starting June 2, 2026—Kenneth at 5:30 PM and Valery at 6:30 PM. I agreed to this. Tuesday, June 2, arrived, and when we got there, the pool was closed; no one had called to

This location is on the Palm Springs State College Campus. The facility was small, but nice with a good location. The staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming and seemed more bothered that we were there. We were the only members present. We may have just been used to our very friendly and welcoming YMCA at home… I wouldn’t look forward to returning to this one.

I took my 2 and 4 year old children for a swimming lesson and had the most exceptional experience. Chelsea, who is at the check-in, is extremely friendly and always has a beautiful smile. The lifeguards are friendly and ensure everyone's safety. Both swimming instructors are super friendly and kind, the lady teaching skills are spot on. We had a wonderful experience at the YMCA, where everyone is friendly.

I have been using the YMCA for over 12 years now, my oldest son (12 years old) attended for Daycare, VPK, After care, swimming lessons spring break, summer camp. I always found the staff to be very helpful and family oriented. Now my youngest son (3 years old) has been attending for daycare. he loves his teacher "Ms. Tiffany", the Director "Tatiana" has always been very polite and quick to respond whenever we need something for our kids. I find the YMCA to be Great for my kids, I would recommend them and trust them with my kids 100%. Thank you.
